Copper Tubing Africa (CTA) is one of the leading copper tube manufacturers in sub-Saharan Africa. With experience stretching back as far as the 80s, we have built extensive technical knowledge that support us in maintaining high quality levels in the production process.
We have built a reputation in the industry for manufacturing the highest grade copper tubing for use in domestic, refrigeration, industrial and medical applications. Armed with expert knowledge and a line-up of fit-for-purpose copper tube manufacturing machines, CTA is able to maintain high quality standards.
In 2014, the business changed ownership. This new era for CTA brought on a fresh approach and renewed drive to push the boundaries of innovation. With that being said, seasoned staff members were kept on board in recognition of their invaluable knowledge, experience and expertise.
Copper Tubing Africa is an ISO 9001 registered company, reflecting our uncompromising approach to quality. We are also a proud carrier of the SABS mark of approval on our Domestic Plumbing Tubing and Medical Grade range.

Institute Of Plumbing South Africa (IOPSA)
IOPSA acts a forum for the plumbing industry in South Africa, including plumbers, suppliers, manufacturers, specifiers and other authorities. It focuses on skills development and maintaining high standards of workmanship in the industry. Members have to sign a Code of Conduct which covers all areas of business practice, standards, professional conduct and more.
Copper Development Association Africa (CDAA)
The CDAA represents the local copper industry in South Africa and promotes copper usage throughout Africa. The organisation, on behalf of its members, is committed to advancing and expanding the use of copper and copper alloys. It also facilitates the adoption of downstream products, and the uses and benefits of copper across a plethora of industries.
